Not really. The difference in the analogy and what it correlates to is a matter of faith. A snake can be physically seen. The existence of a snake can be proven with 100% certainty. If I’m warned about a snake, I’m more inclined to believe it because obviously I know with my own eyes that the existence of snakes are real. It’ll be tough to try and tell someone about something that literally not ONE person can point to. The whole concept of religion is an idea that’s been passed since the dawn of time. Once you are bold about Jesus your hated by the world loose your popularity, (Hollywood) Success, minimizing the platform you had. We have to stop looking to sinful Hollywood to Spread the Gospel. Hollywood for the most part is United in Sin. But there’s so much separation in the church. The LGBTQ UNTIED, now there’s representation everywhere - The church is still divided white and black. Baptist Pentecostal etc. think about this what if black people from everywhere came together and supported our black school financially we would have better schools better teachers better regulations better education. Instead we’re still fighting to be accepted as equals in education systems created to exclude us- Anyway be strong in the Lord Pray for China and the many others who feel they have to choose career suicide & being public about their Faith. I’m a preacher I know the verses -“Be ashamed of Me before men…” What does it profit a man…” the real question is would we contribute to a go fund me for a celebrity that just lost their job because of their Faith?
