Disneyland Trivia: Where Do These Piano Lessons Take Place?

This is one of those secrets about Disneyland you hear or read about. I know where this is, but do you? Can anyone describe to me exactly where this takes place? I thought I would try out annotations too.

If you go towards the back of New Orleans Square, especially at night, you can hear things like that from the upstairs of those buildings as well.

It's in the second alley way on the right when entering. Right where the lockers are, and the ice cream window booth is at.

It's on the north side of the little street where the Mainstreet Cone Shop and the lockers are.
