I showed the trailer to my mom who is an old lady, a big Disney fan, and she knows nothing about filmmaking, but the moment she saw the new Snow White actress she said: "Oh no, she's ugly!". My mom was okay with the rest of the characters but she disliked Snow White.

I saw a leaked clip of that whistle while you work part. Snow forced the dwarfs to clean, in their own house, after a long days work, after saving her, all smug like too. They purposely wanted the audience to understand that Snow does not clean, which ruins the spirit of the scene. In the OG Snow gets her animal friends to help her clean to show her appreciation for what the dwarfs did for her. Also, the Dwarfs look all plastic and creepy like. IMO they should have used real actors because Zegler/Snow looks like she's dancing by herself in the part (which I guess fits the smugness of the scene), because she likely is IRL. Also, also, the evil queen is way too hot for the role. They should have at least used makeup to make her look old or something, imo.

The og snow white was loved for her gentle nature which truly made her the most beautiful. Even though the evil queen was beautiful, her inner darkness ruins her image

@3:04 so you can have an idea if they will stick to the story of the 1937 animated movie, just watch the interviews of Rachel Zegler. She said that the 1937 Snow White movie is so extremely dated when in comes in the idea of women being in roles of power, she doesn't like that the 1937 movie was focused on the love story and she called the prince a stalker, she said that in the SW live action movie she is not gonna be saved by a prince and not gonna be dreaming about true love but dreaming about being the leader she knows she can be. And she's so smug in the interview and she ruined Snow White for me (just my own opinion). Maybe it's early to judge this movie?..I don't know..🤷 Just want to add, I think one of the biggest factors that caused so many dislikes and negative comments on the teaser is because of the actor who played Snow White.

That was the original interview before Disney did the reshoots. You do realize that this movie was supposed to be released in 2024 but due to the backlash it’s now being released next year. So there you go. Yes there will be a love story just not the prince it will be Johnathan.
