I remember your initial pcos video where you mentioned the finding of more than 6 cysts on U/S as a hallmark of pcos

Yes. The more you have, the more likely PCOS is the diagnosis. It should always be taken in the context of the physical exam and other lab findings.

For those watching this, I’m almost 80 years old and recently had DNA sequencing done. I can verify most but not all symptoms he described for Klinefelter I have. I also have many other genetic conditions that are hereditary, Inherited or Autoimmune because both my parents were contributing certain defect to my body upon conception. Remember, this was 1943, not 2023.

I appreciate you pointing that out. Yeah, very few people have all the findings of any given syndrome. My videos are for the purpose of studying for boards/examinations, so I give pretty textbook presentations. But in real life it’s rarely that easy.

@@pwbmd How true, just look at me, I also have MGUS. At present I’m classified as “Kappa light chain IgM - MGUS”. It’s slowly progressing to Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. If that’s not bad enough, I have 2 heart defects, one will kill me instantly. Plus I’ll soon be getting an MRI & MRA to prove I have Multiple Sclerosis. So you are correct Doctor Bolin, nobody has just Klinefelter text book symptoms, that extra “X” can contribute to a body riddled with other DNA problems. And thank you for teaching me knowledge I now possess.
