The interviewer should ask him counter questions to test his depth. On economy question, yes, we all know unemployment and price rise is there. Tell me, in which country we do not see it.. it is not about BJP, rather supply chain disruption from Covid and War created this price rise. India is way better than western countries on price rise front. The interviewer should point to those nuances and ask counter questions. One statement answer does not tell a whole lot for these important questions.

I like his complete honesty in that he doesn't counter BJP just for the sake of it, but for good reasons- for example, he accepted that the Congress' policy towards Russia would probably have been similar to the BJP's because the needs and demands of international relations and diplomacy require a certain amount of pragmatism.
