I have a question if I am not testing hypothesis in my research and not going for regression analysis, because of nature of my data then should I delete hypothesis I formed in literature review ?

If you're not planning to test the hypothesis in your research, it would most likely make sense to exclude it from the rest of your document. In other words, the point of presenting a hypothesis is to test it.

If they relate to key results, they should be presented in the chapter itself. The appendix is purely for non-essential data.
