Pain is from eletrical signals causing restriction. This is showing us where something that no longer vibrationally resonates to health is showing. This gives us the marker to see and be aware to redirect to harmony which allows all parts go be in Health. Pain would be normal when we are still identifying with those energies, it allows us to be aware and by being aware and unconditional we can release them.

You should ask yourself who wrecked the world and put your intention toward ridding any errant/bad energy from everywhere. Suicide/Escapist thoughts will only put you on the other side and I hate to tell you but, the bad energy will be there also. We cannot escape it, if we do nothing to erase it.
