In this video I share my experience with dpdr and what I've seen after working with thousands of people healing from DPDR. I share there four simple premises that can be helpful to finally allow DPDR to dissolve.
1. Our body and mind has the best-inbuilt healing system.
2. Our body sends us signals that get louder when we ignore them.
3. Understanding predictable symptoms helps us leave it alone and leaving them alone is the best because we have the best inbuilt healing system!
4. We’re always living in the feeling of our thinking and that’s not a problem because thought flows all on it’s own.
