Hi Gyan Prakash, In mahakal temple area you cannot take your vehicle. You have to park it at far distance. In Chowrasta you have to check for safe place. Don't park it on main road. See in the internal streets, there you will get good space for parking. THANK YOU🙂👍🏼

One tip to everyone - Try to go Darjeeling during January, It will be cold but it is more beautiful during winter than in summers , during winter no traffic, quite clean , and views are more better , during summer the sky is hazzy so during may june 70-80% days crystal clear kanchanjunga is not seen , you will see but not that crystal clear like winter and if you are lucky then you can experience snowfall also 😊

Kalimpong is way bigger than people actually think it is matter of fact even in people in kpg(Kalimpong) dont know how huge the place actually is and you at least need a week to tour Kalimpong if you really want to go explore most of the good places in kpg are not even known by the tourist thus it is much more cleaner than the main market plz dont litter when you visit

Darjeeling is a very preferred destination of tourists and the Local Govt receives huges revenue from Tourism but the the road conditions are very poor. Since long Govt has not constructed the road. Moreover its a very dirty city.... Outside is ok but inside the city its all over dirt..Govt.should take a strong steps to save the tourism of Darjeeling.
