Sir Anticipatory bail private complaint case me applicable hoti hai ya nhi ,aur kis stage par ?

No question of anticipatory bail in private complaints. Accused will come to court after receiving summons . Then it is court's intention whether accused should submit surities or not.

There is no boundation in seeking anticipatory bail in private complaint cases. Stages may be : when reasonable apprehension exist of arrest ( it can exist when there is knowledge that a complaint has been filed,or on the knowledge of issue of process etc.). So of course you can file an anticipatory bail application even in private complaint case. The opinion given by the other friend does appears correct

@@ravipandeybharat5945 In private complaints, there is no question of police interference. Then where is the question of anticipatory bail? Private complaints are just like civil cases between two private individuals. No police roll. Then why do we talk about anticipatory bail? What is the roll of police here? Then what apprehension you face here to seek anticipatary bail?
