Sadly it will get you a claim and that's out of my control. I will say that in my experience, the vast majority of the time if you counter the claim it will be cleared after 30 days, but you'd have to issue a counter every time you use it. There's a next to zero % chance this track would be a strike concern. Disturbed is cool. Stay away from The Eagles on that front.
