David Draiman... A powerful voice that can go from warm baritone to angelic tenor, from clear as a crystal to rasp/distortion/vocal fry and back , which goes straight through you to your very soul! Good reaction. This is an epic performance. David has a high level of professionalism and years of experience. He also was trained as a Hazzan (Jewish Cantor) which I think allows him to connect with the spiritual aspects of the song to induce an emotional reaction in the listener.

I just found this song in July 2023. Fantastic sound. I just can't play it enough. I have watched lots of reaction videos and watched the live performances. I am 78 and I remember the first song in 1964. This is just totally the perfect and necessary version for this time NOW. Amazing cover for this Disturbed Band.

Such a nice reaction video! There are not more than a handful of people on earth who can touch David vocally. A lot of people that watches the live version doesn't realize he was very sick with the flu. That's why he was sitting. He said he was too weak to stand. He was also trained that's why his voice is so awesome

He had the flu during this performance too believe it or not. Now that is saying something; because his voice still sounded good! If you pay attention closely you can kinda tell he was a bit sick! "He saw, he came, he conquered" even with a flu lol!!! But, for future reference the phrase is actually "He came, he saw, he conquered!" IMHO It really doesn't matter lol. It still means the same thing!

Some folks will not like this statement but I believe this version fits the song much better than the original. Plus Simon did give huge props and support to the band and the lead singer on the entire arrangement of the song. Still gives me chills every time I listen to it
