I was mightily impressed by him waiting in line to see the Queen, and not pulling any PR stunts (like going with a photographer). My nearly 20 year old uncle, my Mother's oldest of 11 siblings brother, was in the Army and died while crossing the Rhine River into Germany in 1945. I'm in my 70's but I've heard about how Mama never believed he could have died, and every time our doorbell rang she expected it to be him, saying it was a mistake and he is home. It never happened. Mama was lucky enough to have a trip overseas and got to go to the military cemetery where he was buried and actually FINALLY see his name on the cross there. It never made it OK for her but it did help a little. I've heard so much about his young life and we have the American flag, the plaque with the date he died and the name of the cemetery where he was buried. Thank God, her trip was a few years before she passed and when she got to heaven I KNOW she was met by Daddy and then her big brother after ALL these years. Veterans Day is a very important Day in our family and has been since before I was born. God Bless all of our people long ago and today who served. They really ARE our heroes. ❤❤❤❤

I believe that when Catherine is given clearance by her medical team to appear in public, it will not be during a big event. If she shows up at the Trooping, the attention will be on her instead of the King. If she attends the society wedding of the year, the bride won’t be the star. If she is at the state visit of the Japanese Emperor, the news will focus on her instead of on the fruits of the visit. Rather, I believe we will see her again during a family affair or a personal engagement where the attention will not be taken away from charitable causes or persons of importance.

Compare the amazing, dignified, royal Prince William and his dedicated service to his Country, vs. the little, complaining, childish, victim-mentality of harry. harry is almost 40 years old. He is not a child and the fact he still can't grow up and become a decent human being is the only sad part about this. Prince William has been able to move on from tragedy and become a humble man of integrity, full of kindness and purpose. Harry's complaints just show how incredibly childish, selfish, and jealous he is of Prince William. The squaddies should stop enabling such childish behavior from harry and wife, but then their comments show how completely damaged they are themselves, imo. The media are little better than sugars if they keep reporting h/m.
