Thx for the episode, I have similar thought about the food there. Shrimp tempura is good, I asked they put the sauce seperately, it was more crunchy! Char-grilled bison ribeye, Honey-mascarpo cheesecake, Caramelized Beignet are good too!

I’m Philippino and the first time I had it was in Pandora. I was so excited. And then I bit into it and it was filled with custard. Lol. It was good but it wasn’t the lumpia I grew up with. It was so weird.

@@tinasuarez my first Lumpia was at a house party. I would guess it was normal style with a sweet n sour dipping sauce. There was also sticky rice with a spicy mix you add to the rice.

@@Shonufff88 Growing up lumpia was always egg roll wrapper on the outside and fresh plantain on the inside. It was deep fried and then tossed in sugar or no sugar sometimes. Nothing else. No dipping sauce. I don’t know what other Asian countries do but that’s traditional Philippino lumpia. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The strawberry shortcake and blackened fish slider looked great and I’ll definitely give them a try when I visit in April! Yum! But I will say that the slider looked a whole lot smaller once it was in Craig’s hand!! 😮😂 But I did take notes on all the positive reviews and have them stored in my phone for when I go! 😄

I know it will have been mentioned a million times before, but why are Disney stilling putting the dining plan symbol next to menu items? I know it has never officially been cancelled, so I guess it technically makes sense to keep it on permanent menus, but not for this? They must know the dining plan isn't going to come back half way through the festival!

I would say its just to future proof it because its easier than printing it again, plus it would work for something like DVC Moonlight Magic where you can use snack vouchers to redeem for items with the symbol.

If ads aren't manually placed, KZbin will place them based on how the video is watched and so they will try to maximize the amount put in where people are watching. I switched it to manual to cut down so I hope its easier to watch now.

$5.75 for ONE ear of corn... Food (specifically the cost of it!) is the worst part of Disney! It is a necessary evil when you are a captive audience, but this is why I bring as many snacks as possible when at the parks.

Erica's comment on this being a festival that is more friendly towards allergies might be true for some, but this festival feels like it's extremely lacking for those of us with a gluten allergy. I literally counted 8 gluten free items for the entire festival, which is extremely disappointing. It's possible, but not easy or fast to get modifications, so it means this festival will likely be a bit of a dud for me this year and it's extremely frustrating.

Sabra hummus is horrible. I am surprised that they are still in business. Probably because most people have not had actual good hummus.

Seafood and spiciness is an abomination. Most seafood is too subtle a taste to withstand heat as it will totally negate it.
