What an insightful discussion! As a registered dietitian based in the UK, I wholeheartedly concur with the perspective that food choices aren't simply black or white. It's all about balance and diversity in our diet. By prioritising the consumption of real and whole foods, we ensure that indulging in ultra-processed foods (UPFs) on occasion still fits within a healthy lifestyle framework.
