Pani - Dal Soak karne ke lie
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Jeera - 1 tsp
Red Chilli - ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp ya fir moti pisi hui mirch
Gota Dhania Seeds - 2 tsp
Namak - taste according
Fresh Dhaniya - 2 tbsp kata hua
Kachi Ghani Sarso Tel - 2 tbsp + fry karne ke lie
Pani - 4-5 liter
Rai ka Powder - 1 tsp
Namak - taste according
Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Jeera - ½ tsp
Serve Karne ke lie - Bhuna Jeera Powder, Kala Namak, Lal Mirch Ya fir Dahi Bhalla Masala

Hv made ur kanji wada recipe almost 5 times nd it alyz turnz out very tasty. Log tarif karte nahi thakte. Kai toh mujhse Sikh ke gaye hai. Thanks a lot yaman. u r a perfect chef. Vada utarne ka mere paas aur bhi easy trick hai. Mai muslin cloth ko halka geela karta hu. Cloth ke corner pe batter ko thoda press karta hu aur jhari me palat deta hu. Jhari ho kadhai me garam tel me dalta hu aur Vada khud jhari se nikal kar tel me float karne lagta hai nd ful jata hai. Thankyou

Oh wow! I have had this many times. I am from Kolkata and have many Marwari friends, including my sister's in-laws. I love their food very much. When you eat these with yogurt as dahi-bada, the taste is amazing. Once I had eaten them, I could not eat urad daal dahi bada. My sister's mother -in-law was phenomenal cook, I can not describe her genius in words. This is making me emotional. 😧
