Actually, she should've went with a more neutral look since she had no clue if the make up was being done for an event later because imagine that eye look if you were planning on wearing a purple, red or blue dress or top. It just wouldn't work. Maybe having a portfolio available with your created looks would help customers tell you what they want if there's no way to communicate outside of her native language or something. Just like going to a nail or hair salon, we always have examples to show our beautician so we're all on the same page.

Because she did your facemakeup first. Before the eyeshadow. She used that powder. Its a technic some MUA's use to prevent shadow falling on the face make up. That way they can easely brush away fallen shadow
