as far as i got it, DiverDown can basically stand-phase through objects, while still remaining physical. something like selectively turning collision on and off, for different things. which in turn, makes the stand able to re-arrange the inner structure of a thing or a person.

diver down is one of my favorite stands its concept is really cool, it takes the selective passing through of other stands, and multiplies it times ten, and i love that. plus, its uses are always really nice to see. And, it's one of the few stands that can be used actively supportively, or to set traps, compared to alot of stands that require people to either make a mistake in the heat of the moment, or for the user to just be extremely violent (basically every part 3 stand)
