Restoration work on Southern Railway 2-8-0 Consolidation #401 was completed in 2010, just in time for Railroad Days at the Monticello Railway Museum. This DVD covers the activities of that first weekend from operations the day before the event, through the first public run and operations throughout the weekend.
We upload this show just in time for #401's 2024 operating season to begin. If you get the chance, come on out and see the locomotive in operation on the third weekend of the month between September and October.
