Loved sage steele regardless of what she said when she was at ESPN. it’s a shame she got fired for standing up for what she believes in. She was great at ESPN and I’ve seen some of her podcast and I have a feeling this time next year it will be one of the better ones out there

I was the Minority owner of a company that Supports Services to Rail Roads and their Intermodal Customers. When the federal Government was focused on Mandating the Vaccine on the Rail Roads myself and my business partners gave all employees an anonymous survey of what they would did if we mandated the vaccine. 74% of the Work force stated they would quit. So we just held tight and never enforced the jab, and our democratic environment spelled true over time. And honestly, I doubt they would have quit if we enforced it as we were exempt in 2020 and I offered unlimited OT and DT during the lockdowns. We were so busy I even gave a tour to the President of the School district with hopes to start a high school internship for seniors that are not interested in College. The School District was impressed by all the Services that are needed to keep our Supply Chain moving forward/

Yeah I was in ND so I didn't know of any employers around the area trying to go along with their "mandates", possibly there were some in Fargo, but I'm slightly south. We never shut down, definitely had HS employees coming in, and they "offered" the V for anyone who wanted it.... only thing that really ticked me off, and it seemed I was the only one pissed and making a scene about it (I'm outspoken, IDGAF), was they were offering 3 days paid vacation time for those who opted for the shot.....oh I was absolutely pissed..... I actually caught it super early at my previous place from a guy who vacationed in Vegas and came back, so I caught it from him prior to it even being a stink on the news..... anyway, I was already carrying antibodies, just like someone who would get a shot, so I didn't think it was the correct thing to offer people vacation time to get something like that, especially if they weren't even considering being consistent with offering it to those who already caught it prior and didn't need a shot(not like I've ever taken a flu shot anyway). Otherwise, everything was fine 😅

It's interesting and scary to me that they mentioned that we live in a world where you have to take a STAND.
