I also have noticed with a bubble on my divevolk 4… I haven’t used it underwater yet. But I’ll check it out too after my dive. Was about to drop them an email too, but I guess your video sorta answered that question on my mind too for now haha

Also got the bubble. No issue there, really. it usually go to the side... but I had it in the Pro 3 and now on the Max4. No issus there. It didn't come from "outside" of the membrane. ;)

Thank you for these awesome reviews. Very useful! Just to clarify: you got the membrane/phone screen touch commands to work with a screen protector on the phone? I would not want to take my screen protector (glass) off while using this case.

Yes I have gotten it to work with screen protector. I too didnt want to remove it. I took another screen protector and put it under the phone to raise it up. It’s been working fine for me. Make sure you have assistive touch set to on.

Hi. How easy is it for you to remove you phone out of the housing with your phone with two screen protector (front and back). My phone got stuck inside with only the front protector. I was told by divevolk when I ask if it’s a must to remove it, here is their answer. ‘Yes. because our housing is high-precision. It is easy stuck the phone in the housing and influence touch underwater when doesn't remove the film.’

Hello! Appreciate the reviews am looking to buy this housing. I was just curious have you used any light attachments and if so did you get them through divevolk or used ones you already had? I can't find much detail/reviews about the light attachment (and best option) and do not want to buy the whole tray to add on (trying to keep it smaller in size). Thanks!

I have not purchased them yet from divevolk. Look at my latest review. I just premiered today. My rig is too small. so a divevolk rig is next in line.

Interesting I had a long conversation with Divevolk. After showing them my issues and reviewing the serial number on case they replaced my housing. If you check my later review I did have some success with gloves. Thanks.

I have a question. How does underwater touch work? Do I need to use a lot of force?

You have to press firmly. Sometimes it takes a couple tries. But you press firmly

How deep you tested divevolk, was it beyond 15 meters?

Yes, I has used the Divevolk to ~85+ feet or roughly 28 meters.

They have sleeve adapter for Sony. Since it is all touch. Yes I would recommit.

Did you use the right sleeve. Or put it in backwards?? Two ways. Try banging in direction of opening. Two use the little black tool or some small hook to grab the sleeve.

I got Divevolk Sea Touch 4 Max with Iphone 11 pro phone case. I did 5 dives with it to a depth of 40m. The case and mobile phone work perfectly up to 10 meters deep. It is easy to operate the controls of the mobile phone as well as taking pictures. But at a depth more than 10 meters, the pressure completely blocks the control of the mobile phone. It is not possible to take the photo. It is not possible to change and manage any settings on the mobile phone screen. At a depth of more than 10 meters, the mobile phone in this case does not work. Is this cell phone case a scam? Because using it only up to a depth of 10m is useless. What should I do with him? Should I throw it in the trash? Has anyone had a similar experience?

It is not a scam. I have used this housing with an iPhone 13Pro and an iPhone 14Pro to a depth of 110 feet or roughly 37 meters. Make sure the phone has a few settings set prior to diving. Assistive touch ON, Raise to Wake ON, If you have a thick protective glass cover, that may also be impacting the sensitivity. I can not speak to an iPhone 11 since I never used it with one. But I had some sensitivity issues early on, but raised the phone only by the thickness of a screen protector.

The fact that you have to struggle with the screen, that it has a “membrane” and no vacuum check, are all red flags to stick a $1200 phone into it. Good concept, horrible execution.

That was my initial fear. It is depth rated to 180 feet. You really have to be careful with the membrane. The amazing thing though, it gives you the most freedom to shoot, vs any other housing I've used. other than cold water. It's simple to use, just has a large risk factor.
