Hi Victoria, I suffer from high functioning anxiety and panic disorder, feels like Karen described. I have found out that aromatherapy, massage, massage with hot stones or herbal compress ball massage helps more than you could think. Thank you for another wonderful video.

I've had generalize anxiety disorder for the last 4 years. It's a protective mechanism so the key is building safetiness around the things that triggers it. Deep psicologic work, affirmations (special the ones teached by Louise Hay), tapping, and doing scary things any way and knowing you are ok, have help me a lot. You can heal it. Feel it to heal it. ❤

Everything Karen said absolutely resonated with me on a very personal level. It kind of made me realise I have anxiety as well, I never thought about it like that.. Like, it isn't normal to feel some form of dread when waking up? 😅 I think I need to book myself a massage too.
@ASMRwithVictoria10 ай бұрын
Definitely. No dread needed. In fact, waking with a sense of joy and excitement for the day is also available to you. Maybe I’ll talk about that in another video?

I always love a Victoria & Karen video. Karen & Jodi are my favorite clients of yours ❤️ the work & quality of your videos with them are phenomenal. On a side note, I feel for Karen. Everything she said, resonated with me. She sounds like a wonderful lady, career driven & has a positivity & kindness to her voice. To hear her explain how anxiety affects her, affected me because I suffer from depression but my husband suffers from anxiety & panic attacks. And how she explained it, is how it affects him. It’s true it affects everyone different but that cliffhanger at the rollercoaster is exactly how he’s explained it to me, & that panicked breathing is spot on. I hate to see him when he experiences it, & it can absolutely be debilitating. Sending so much positive energy & love to Karen. Please give her all our best & have her back on soon ❤ you can tell she needed this treatment that day. You’re not just an experienced therapist but a true healer & everyone who comes in to consult with you, feels like you’re talking to an old friend & that they put all their trust in you. The consultation not just the treatment are always a favorite part of mine in your videos. Be well, Victoria & thank you for another lovely video ❤

Ah gosh. You’ve brought a tear to my eye. Bless you for your compassion. I’ll tell Karen, but she won’t see this as she doesn’t want to watch herself normally. She’s a lovely lady 💕

Your content is always excellent but this one in particular really resonated with me. Karen described anxiety perfectly and you listened with such compassion. Lovely treatments and I'm so glad to see these important conversations being had. Hoping the best for Karen and that her health improves. She seems so genuine and kind.

Oh yes. The anxiety. I think I definitely have some kind of anxiety disorder which leads to depression too. I suffer it sooo many years and it’s also kind of painful inside. Sometimes extremely painful and very difficult to describe and explain it all. I still didn’t manage to find something which would really help. I have quite many hobbies which probably helps little bit, but the problem is that the anxiety rather spoils my enjoyment of them. Two years ago I started to go to therapy. It’s fine, but there is so many things to talk about, that it again helps little and extremely slowly. Plus it’s expensive and I have to pay for it from my student budget. Maybe this kind of massage would help too. But I really don’t know where to find someone, who would make me the same great treatment like shown in the video.

Hi Kim. Golly, me too. My mum passed from a heart attack (undiagnosed even though went to doctor) then a stroke 2 days later (straight after the doctors appt!) in 2012. In fact on 12.12.12!! Then we looked after our dad for 7 years. I was very lucky - both parents were lovely. Sending you love from Worcestershire 💚🌳 I’m glad the videos are helping you.. music to my heart 💓
