Curious, what's better for passive: 30% sword res down or 10% pdef and 20% sword res down?

30% sword res down > 20% sword res down + 10% pdef down. This is of course unless you're extending a passive pdef down, then 20% plus the 10% from YL A4 + Nicola A4 (for example) is better. (you get 25% passive pdef down, and if you didn't extend it you would've lost nicola's 15%)
