Ik I'm really late but here's a fact for the divine kamehameha: You can even counter normal ki blasts (it actually shows a sliding animation)

Divine Kamehameha may be the best counter. But it has one flaw...if the opponent comes at you and they fire it. You can easily hold the block button down and teleport Behind them and stamina break them

They ruined the meta and balance for the game. UI goku wasn't even super OP, his attacks should have been solely his and kept original and unique to the game. Soaring fist isn't that bad but sure do love seeing everyone with white haired OCs and potential unleashed use the same moves as everyone else.

btw burcol I heard you saying you needed to use it on beams, sliding kamehameha works on literally anything thats a ki attack, that even includes explosian things, it didn't work against that one guy cause you were in the firing upclose part of the attack, it has to be while your dashing at your opponent, not near them or in the start up

Divne kamehama can easily be stopped if you arent using a beam attack. If you even hit it once the attack stops so its somewhat useless against someone who isnt using a beam attack all they have to do is press square and my attack stops

While it's very flashy I feel like divine kamehameha actually isn't that good because you can really only use it when your opponent throws out a random ultimate that you could easily counter with a burst dash

If you use it and hold I'm different directions you can teleport around them so it could be used to catch them off guard. It can also work on Ki Blast Barrages as well making it pretty decent.

You can catch people off guard with it but the move is built primarily as a counter since it does very little damage. Given that you have to already be moving to actually counter an attack I don't see any real reason to use it because at least for now it looks like it only is useful against randomly thrown out moves that wouldn't realistically hit you anyway

The way they've designed half the in-game characters in this franchise is retarded. The aura colors are off, the supers are underwhelming or were never performed by some characters, half of the roster use the same damn abilities, transformations for iconic characters aren't a thing, and there's way too many characters layouts. Goku and Vegeta shouldn't have 50 different layouts just so we can look different and use "better" abilities. If the devs had learned from the Raging Blast and Budokai Tenkaichi games then this game woulda been glorious. Things like aura color and intensity would he on point or interchangeable, supers would designed better and be interchangeable as well, and the damn alternate transformations of characters would be on the same layout. Sure, 2 or 3 layouts for the different series would be smart and cool but having 8+ like in Xv2 is dumb and annoying as hell. Another complaint but not really as important would be if the AI knew how to transform like in RB2 and have dialogue between characters based on the status of their health and not when they arrive or get beaten...

Doing the sliding, Kamehameha is so fun I use it more like how I use Shadow Crusher but I honestly out of the two I think Shadow Crusher is actually a better skill since it breaks their stamina and does about the same amount of damage but it does not look as cool I don't know maybe I'll do a build on both it's a fun it's a fun skill
