Got confused for a second if I was the DM all along hahahaha While we are purging and releasing old toxic masculine side from years ago, do our DMs get our purging and thoughts ? That's the last of conscious fears I have is him hearing the part of me I am purging, as in teenage years I have been unstable and didn't want to be here, and now that all is coming up and I hope he doesn't hear that and think it's his own words. Or should I not have a reason to worry ? And just purge it out and love me through it ?

a few days ago i was thinking about my TF i started feeling an energy of sadness, and grief come up throughout my heart into my throat it got so intense it felt as though there was something stuck in my throat it kept coming and was physically painful felt like my throat chakra was going to explode. I eventually asked the universe to help me transmute the energy if its mine to work through and to take it away if it wasnt. Within a minute everything i was feeling went away however it seems as though it comes up when im thinking of them just not as intense.. wondering if theres any significance to these feelings ive never experienced anything like that.

bingo...i've overgived. i was trying to reach union but the whole time towards it I felt immensely unstable and wonky. it unsurprisingly didn't work .It was just too chaotic and I couldn't completely surrender. I'm. DM. It SUCKS my solar plexus was crap. sometimes the more you try, the worse you do...it's better to just focus on yourself and enter zen mode. My TF does not at all communicate with me in the 3d. she shuns all opportunities. she has no consideration for me at all. she just sees me as a soul without understanding that I'm still a human. it is what it is. I have a feeling that the more I let go from this connection and focus on myself, the better off I'll be.
