In this episode, we visit Ardor 2.1 in Delhi for the United India Thali. This vegetarian Thali is unlike anything we've ever seen!! With one dish for every state in India, we knew we would be trying new Indian food!! However, we didn't expect over half of the Thali to be Indian food we were trying for the first time!!
