Mix anything with anything and find your own comfort zone or flavours. How do you think Indians come up with complex flavour. Thanks for the tips! I hate that it seems like we disrespect the food, because that's not it at all. Most of the time we're too excited to slow down. As far as editing goes, we try to avoid cuts as much as possible. For example, the audio on this was only cut twice in the whole video once we started eating.

Stuffed dosa starts to get soggy after ~15 mins of serving. The Plain Dosa (with no stuffing) preserves the crunchiness a bit longer. The air humidity along with the soft spongy layer at the bottom of a crunchy dosa is kinda oily & wet which kills off it crunchy texture after some time. This is why it's always recommended to start eating dosa within minutes after being served.

Tips: (1) while eating pickle you dont have to eat whole at a time just have a pinch of it to add flavour. (2) while eating Indian breads try to make funnel shaped structure so that it can be filled with curry and stuff or you can use spoon to fill the curry in the cone or funnel structure that you made with breads(bhatoora, naan, roti, paratha etc.) Thanks. Heres a secret...dont be constrained by containers. Pour it onto your plate, then use your puri, paav, dosa and mop it in a handful...and...in it goes while you walk in the clouds. Puri and chick peas with fresh onion and pickle garnish to add. Torn dosa clumps with choice of chitney per mouth full. Vada paav with the chilli powder-garlic-coconut powder. Paav bhaji tear the paav and mop up the bhaji with the garnishes added. Paan puri...just go for it. Amazing that potato, tomato, green chilli, onion, garli, salt, butter and coriander garnish can be melded in so many ways..as a curry/sause (bhaji) or fried with gram flour batter (vada) .

Chole puri - Take a small piece, dip and scoop in the chic pea with gravy and eat it, you can add onions immediately after putting the chole in your mouth. Pickles - Any Indian pickle is very intense and concentrated so just eat a pinch or two at a time. If you take it in large quantity then it will over power the taste of rest of the items in your mouth. Masala Dosa - The one you were eating was soggy that's not how Dosa is made. Here in Bangalore (Heaven for Dosa lovers) Dosa is crisp golden brown on outside and fluffy and white on inside. Eat it with coconut chutney and its heaven. Tip: Eat Dosa only in a south Indian restaurant because only South Indians make the batter the way its suppose to be made. Others screw up the batter and it gets soggy. Vada pav is also my favorite 👌

I disagree with you on the Dosa. Some people like Dosa to be soft and chewy - 'Naram' as its called. Some of my friends have told me that Mumbai makes better Dosas than Chennai - so no such general rule that only a South Indian restaurant can do Dosa correctly.
