I have treatment resistant depression and seasonal depression as welI winter is coming! I am moving to Charleston next month from San Diego . We have to fix up our new house. Then we will be going to Florida a ton. And hopefully visit my dad in Oregon winter steel-head my favorite fish and area and time to catch. and keep the seasonal depression at bay.

The old pictures of your dad look like he was the absolute, Prince Namor, king of the ocean back in the 80s. His stories suggest he isn’t even close to giving up the title. Your brothers are doing their best, but it’s such a high bar.

I've seen the lobsters walking after a storm. I snorkeled and scuba dived the waters off Deerfield Beach almost 60 years ago. I had many a lobster dinner. I also found your video cleaning up Boca Lake. Well done. Back in my days, none of the hotels were there. It was wide open country. We used to do beach parties at the inlet. Never see another person all day The only building between the Deerfield city limit and the Boca inlet was the Boca Raton Club cabana. Where the bridge at the inlet is now, used to be an old wooden bridge that had to be opened when ever a boat went out into the ocean. My how things have changed.

Good afternoon Brook & family & friends, thanks so much for the Lobster walk "SO COOL"...We have a bit of a problem here in my Home Town Old Naples on the lower Gulf side, we've been slamed this time with the dreadful Hurricane 8 ft. surge...No surge last time with (Urma) but the 2nd. time we've lost our Polynesian-designed fishing Pier in 5 years...As we live, work and play in nature, we realize Nature's rules of the game and we will be back to normal in no time... ...🌴🎨

It's been my understanding that the lobsters march in this formation to their breeding grounds and it is not legal (?) to interrupt. What you mentioned in the beginning of your video, about the lobsters being confused by the weather system, may be correct. I know that they are caught illegally in Mexico during this march and all year. No seasons are observed there and that is why I refused to travel down the Baja coast for a "cheap lobster dinner " even though I lived in San Diego.
