Yep - parking is a pain pretty much everywhere 😭. Good looking dives to me. 👍 👌 🇬🇧

Cheers Brian! Weymouth looks ace for a day out with the family, but for diving it’s a pain. Keep an eye out for the next video Saturday pal… I think you feature in it more than me 😂😂

Oh mate… they are the way forward!! Only problem with blue water diving is all the bloody ladders! Don’t have them in the UK no more. All lifts here pal. Sunshine operators need to understand it’s 2022, not 1982. No need to be killing yourself struggling up ladder no more! 🚫🚫

@@UKDiver can u send me who makes them?
@UKDiver2 жыл бұрын
@@diversdown2116 I don’t think there is a specific maker here in the UK. They’re not complicated and most metal shops should be able to make one. For not a lot of cost. They are mostly aluminium with some stainless rails. Most are lifted with a simple electric winch such as you’d have on the front of a truck as they are 12v already, though I have seen some posh hydraulic ones. Here’s a link to a cracking video where you can see some more of the detail and how easy getting back on a boat can be! kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3nEi6uYn8h-hKs

Looks fun tbf you may have changed my mined on the wreck diving, random question but I’ve brought a kiss rebreather but joining bsac to retrain as I haven’t dived in 10years, is me getting my own rebreather and training for it gunna cause a problem?
@UKDiver3 жыл бұрын
No pal. Why should it? A club should be more about doing diving than worrying about training. We’ve a couple of members that are on units. It’s no biggie 👍

That boat looks grait, what dive center is that?
@UKDiver Жыл бұрын
Hey. One that's now gone. The skipper sold up. The boat is now in Pembroke with my good friends Pembroke Boat Charters. If you're interested in doing these wrecks, then have a look at some of the operators out of Portland as I don't think Weymouth has any boats working from there currently.
