You're living my dream Ollie. Grew up in the north doing exactly this until I left to chase my dreams abroad. Watching your videos makes me realise I was actually living it

It’s good to step out of everyday life whether brief or longer to get some perspective. That’s why I love doing trips around the country or over seas myself. It definitely reassures me that Nz is pretty bloody awesome man. Life’s a journey. Maybe you will return there man and appreciate it even more

nothing beats fresh caught sea food, no need to dress it up, agreed. I'm curious, I've seen people bait out crays in areas where their difficult to get to, I have succumb to the same strategy a couple of times, one of those times was because I was up to my waist in a crack and could see a beast of a cray in the back, I grabbed some urchins nearby and crushed them up (typically people put old fish frames, heads etc. in a little bag) near the entrance, took some time but resulted in my PB cray - do you guys ever do this in NZ?

As always you dive then cook a mean feed of scollys and crays bro... anywho here's another simple way of making garlic butter for cooking your crayfish etc, just melt a good amount of it in a pan, when it's melted put your garlic in til its soft, on a low heat if you can (because garlic burns easily and can taste quite bitter) 🤮 then just drizzle it all over the scollys and meat of your crays then carry on cooking it as usual. 👍 Bon apetito 👌😅

Yeah Ollie I’d like to see you in a bar brawl, maybe just go out drinking heavily and start some trouble with 2-3 normal sized dudes to make it fair haha, don’t forget to set up a GoPro somewhere in the bar for good coverage and wear a head mount one as well so we can feel like we’re in the action . Thanks mate 🤙🏼
