@@AndyEmerson8 If I may ask your opinion, we are actively looking for a location in Florida to move to (from NC) for the purpose of good diving / snorkeling / spearfishing. Somewhere that a 2 bdr 2ba dwelling isn't $1,200 a month (see Key Largo, ha ha). I've been looking at Pensacola. Would you have any ideas?
