Diving WW2 Wrecks in Coron, Philippines + We Crash!!!!

We freedive on the mind blowing WW2 wrecks in Coron. These are by far the largest and best preserved wrecks I have ever seen! We dive the East Tangat wreck, the Ikikawa Maru and the Morazan Maru. All 3 wrecks sank during air raids during WW2.

Coron is known for its Shipwrecks. Sadly, we were there when we were still tugging our life vests. :( Hope you could visit the Philippines again soon and maybe do few classes here (fingers crossed it's affordable for students like me) hehehe! You both are really great to watch! ♥

These wrecks are just so amazing. We've only been scuba diving there and it was so stunning! Had some of the best dives ever there! We would love to do freediving in the shipwrecks of Coron once we've more practise and can stay longer under the water. Sorry that your partner had to stay on top. Sinus pain just sucks! I have a question. How do you equalise the pressure, in the sinuses while *ascending* without taking off the noseclip. I feel like a BALLOON that's about to burst :D. if i don't yake it off

Wreck penetration in scuba diving usually recommend using guidelines and long hose, in case of low visibility (stirring up silt) and emergency (to share air). Are you worried about stirring up silt so hard to get out? I guess it's even more dangerous in free diving than scuba.

We definitely take all that into consideration and are much much more conservative than scuba divers when it comes to wrecks or overhead environments :)

Hey Adam, first I want to say I absolutely love the videos man, you keep them informative while also entertaining so I don't feel like I'm stuck in a boring lecture. Second thing is I took your advice and searched for a free dive instructor because I want to improve and have incredible underwater adventures! Unfortunately, I live in Utah and there are not any instructors in my area that specialize in Free Diving. Plenty of Scuba but not what I'm looking for. I was wondering if you know any online courses you'd recommend?I can't afford to just up and hit the coast to take a course. Thank you!

Hey Michael :) Thank you. Well the truth is that there is no online course except the on that i'm currently making. (hahah shameless plug!) Ohhhhh watching you swim through those ships made me so nervous! Do you need extra practice/qualifications to do stuff like that, like non- open water diving? I feel like you could easily get disoriented down there.

no specific qualifications, just experience and training :) Because of how agile and mobile a freediver is in the water it isn't so disorientating but we always take extra precautions when in wrecks :)
