Shoto himself decided to go up against Dabi by himself since Endeavor is the only hero on the battlefield that has a chance of fighting and beating AFO, besides Deku, but he’s dealing with Shigaraki.

Shigaraki's quirk is erased so he doesn't have use of decay, so seems like he just used mutated part of body. From before, we know Eraser can't get rid of physical enhancements as we've seen with Nomu in the past. So Mirko doesn't have be dead just from that. All we know is she just got hit.
