13:34 "Why's Endeavor always taking L's?" It's because he's the number one hero but he's nowhere near as strong as All Might, yet the villains left are All Might level strong. Therefore he, as the number one hero, is forced to put himself on the front line against these people, who are all stronger than him. He's bound to lose, there's just nobody stronger than him, so he tries regardless. It's pretty symbolic of his origin story and can relate to his efforts to atone by purposefully putting himself in harm's way. All in all, it's pretty realistic.

Looks like Touya’s not finished just yet. He’s inherited a lot of Endeavor’s persistence. Speaking of which, All for One is REALLY good at getting under peoples' skin. In a way, what he's saying to Endeavor is kinda right too. While Shoto wanted to be the one to confront Touya, he was ultimately Endeavor’s responsibility more than anyone else's. It’s even something Endeavor realizes. But still, it’s just All for One being insincere despite the truths of what he’s saying. Just a plan to get into Endeavor’s head so he can beat him.
