norepinephrine is the drug of choice in septic shock ... case it increases the total peripheral resistance and boost cardiac output .. then it is a strong vasoconstrictor

Both are released by sns. Chemically they are nearly identical. I've been told adrenaline makes the heart pump faster while noradrenaline mainly raises blood pressure, but I would assume they each do a little of both.

You are confused in the action of acetycholine and adrenaline .. acetycholine cause vasoconstriction other causes vasodilation.
