Dallas constantly pointing those 2 fingers!! Cory was definitely channeling Ike Turner.
@nikkiandambertvАй бұрын
Them fingers cracked me up! Yes Ike Turner for sure!
@xxchidish_cl0wnxx239Ай бұрын
Cory said in an interview that he watched Laurence Fisburne as Ike.

39:29 - Y'all are as tired of Benji popping up as I was.🤣 "Where is your daughter? Go read her a book!" 😂

@@cortney6064 I liked Benji's character overall. Nice dude with a good head on his shoulders, but there was NOT enough time given for Ava to heal from her divorce. The father was doing the most with trying to set them up. Let her be single so she can find herself
@Andrew-km7blАй бұрын
If I remember correctly ava only dated benji when he wasn't the big huge dude he his now and dallas and that was it...only 2 men....so benji wasn't just a random dude and he actually loves her and her family and is a single father raising a daughter and having been divorced himself.....yes ava still needs to heal and take time for herself and a relationship should be put on hold and just let destiny take its course....BUT life is short and tomorrow isn't promised....so if she's truly happy with benji and feels safe...loved and protected then let it be

This is the issue with the black community. Stop all that nonchalant nonsense and date people who genuinely show interest in you. I’m tired of people rolling their eyes at the good, persistent men, getting with the bad, nonchalant men and complaining that they’re not doing enough. What do you expect from someone showing minimal interest and still getting your attention.

Ava married Dallas because she wanted a project. She wanted to turn a bad boy into a gentleman.
@lilapplxxx4953Ай бұрын
I don’t think project is the word, Ava is very naive and Dallas knew that. A lot of good girls that are Preacher’s daughters with her circumstances are like that and it’s why it was so easy for Dallas to hurt her. He knew her heart was good and she’d always fight to help him, and fix him. It’s why he always opened up to her and spit on her after

If Tyler is making movies (now) to deliberately trigger us, yeah, we gotta fight that man 🙃👊🏾
@sarahb6163Ай бұрын
If your triggered that's on you, one hand y'all say he hates black women and he feeds on stereotypes on the other I feel like he's showing what happens in real life and he's made other content besides stereotypes don't get it twisted
@sarahb6163Ай бұрын
Ok after seeing that letter of everything he's done to her I'm like wth why would you continue to make this toxic hetero bs I'm sitting here thinking the best friend would've been a perfect match but hey black folk don't wanna see that y'all like this stuff don't you, you know what I'm out✌🏿 your point was not valid at all. 👊🏿 YOURSELVES

Tyler cannot write worth a damn.
@AlitaCainАй бұрын
lol at y’all being over Benji. It’s Tyler Perry’s sexist writing where he believes that trauma can be cured by a good man. Oh and Ava’s house was goals!

Yes! Benji was on our last nerve. The interior design was on point though!

I start laughing when he said that about his self nail this movie is a replica. Why did I get married? I would’ve questioned myself like why did I really get married because shoe? Why did I get married to? I would’ve set myself up for this failure. 😂😂😂😂😂

I actually watched this twice it was better than Mea Culpa that movie should of never happened I like Kelly Rowland but that movie was the worst!!
@victoriassecretoАй бұрын
I lowkey enjoyed the movie but mostly for the ridiculousness of it all... Perry writes about love especially Black love from a 1 dimensional view point it mostly always was the same ol black independent strong woman dates and/or marries a deadbeat abusive black man and has to free herself...and the ending is usually unsatisfactory or ridiculous Also some of the plot lines are ridiculous or not fully executed... The pacing was equally off too😂that what made Benji seem bothersome...
