I did my IE at the ashram in Coimbatore. And ...yes..the volunteers put in tremendous effort for the smooth funtioning of the Program. One of the nights....they lit the whole place with candles. It was so beautiful. Thanks to the volunteers 🙏🙏🙏

Namaskaram. I didn't have any expectations Anna. All that I'm trying to say in video is that, many people will think they will have an outburst which is not compulsory and depends person to person. I too could see changes in me while practicing sambhavi and after bsp. The previous interview series, other Anna and akka(s) said something hit them hard on the intiation day and that's how everything changed. Now this sets a mindset to other participants who are yet to attend IE. I enjoyed each and every moment without thinking oh how will I react on initiation day. Let everyone attending program go in a blank state than filling with imagination. Whatever has to happen will happen 😇 Pranam 🙏

I had very little experience during initiation days as I dint do few as instructed. But 2nd day I experienced shambhavi as calmness.. im doing it everyday ,experience is very different each time

If you are unable to understand why others are crying, laughing or screaming, you are being a spectator in that event. At the time of my experience, even I was also my own spectator. So, I mean to say that I was not seeing god or any light or any kind of unusual thing at that time I was crying. It was neither good not bad. By that, I just knew that something like this can also happen and these all crazy meditators like me are not acting, but it really happens sometimes. Any benefits? I don't know. But as per my own experience, I do not know anything extra from the person who is not having any experience. You never know when your craziness gets overflow. Keep doing practices crazy annas and akkas...😂😂🙏🙏

My Advise is: Dont feed cheese to the Donkies...! They wont get fascinated. Only thing which can amuse them is: catching a bullet with teeth, stopping Train by hands, Running faster than a superfast train... The typical stuff that happens in Bollywood and Tollywood Movies. Nothing magical is expected from this course. It is just reframing yourself from within and finding the peace and ultra deep calmth that you need in this materialistic world.

Bro i'm doing shambavi. But i didn't recognize anything like what people say. It makes changes slowly that's ok. But it is not as much effective like people saying. What's the problem. Am i doing wrong?. It is like aerobic but not like meditation. Even it is not as effective as naadi suddhi when we finish we feel really bliss full, but doing shambavi itself a distraction. It is so raw not like blissful meditation.
