Hi Divyaji...if you add that sugarsyrup mix on dhokla and wait until it all soak. then it will be soft and moist..

Well done Divya.....great presentation. You can prepare your Khaman Dhoklas in the rice cooker , by filling it with water and a stand inside , then pour the batter in a greased steel thali, cover the thali finally the rice cooker lid. If you add sesame seeds after the mustard seeds , it will give you the pukka Gujju look of the dhoklas and add a good taste, can add curry patta antoo along with the mustard seeds. At the end garnish with designated coconut powder and green dhania leaves. I hope you don't mind me sharing with you. Love you guys.🤗❤️🥰
