So today is my first day of Intermittent fasting, my goal is to reduce 7-8 kgs in the next 15-20 days. You too can be a part of this journey and start fasting with me if you also want to try this method. Hi, I am not a professional but, I have learnt this from "Satvic Movement" that intermittent fasting is best and you should take ash gourd juice or any vegetable juice prior 2 hours of ur 1st meal which cleanses the body. Really U are a natural beauty, love ur simplicity.

Great. I have been doing IF from last 3 years and trust me it works wonders. Initial few days will be hard but your body will eventually adapt to it. If you want to take it to next level then try to eat only two meals in your eating window. Another tip is to do aerobic exercise or HIIT when you are in your fasting state it will speed up your fat loss process. Nursing mothers, pregnant women or who wants to get pregnant, people with eating disorder should consult your doctor before trying it.

According to me ....like u can insted of doing this u can or we can take ......all meals but in small portions ...that also help in weight loss....that is more good with kid .....like in morning u can take same drink u were having...then small portion of breakfast upma , poha , cheela etc ....lunch same u were having ... evening same u were having dinner same....n then next day 👍it also give u best results n enjoy

I have been doing intermittent fasting from last 1.5 months and seriously I have lost 4.6 kilos, it's really effective if you do it sincerely. Also don't forget to drink lots of water in a day 😊😊 the result are really satisfying.

@@shritubechannel Morning Drink- 1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar in Luke warm Water - 250 ml Break your fast with any seasonal fruit I mostly have Apple or Orange. Breakfast- Poha/upma,/cheela of any dal,/ daliya/ multigrain bread sandwich and there are many more healthy options. Lunch: any Dal, steamed Rice, any sabji of your choice excluding potatoes. And most importantly include greens in your lunch could be any saag, I didn't had roti coz it has gluten so I avoided intially, rest you can have multi grain roti if you wish so. Evening snack- Green Tea/ Green Coffee/ Black Coffee. With some nuts or any fruit. Dinner- I usually have light dinner like, sauteed veggies, panner bhurji, eggs,Veggie soup, etc. You can also have dal roti chole etc. Anything u wish. And the most important things is totally cut down sugar and maida. If you can't do so try switching to brown sugar or jaggery rather than having white sugar also limit your sugar intake. Also take your meals in balanced portion. Do not overeat. Eat when you are hungry. Drink about 3-4 ltr water without any fail. Try having water half n hour before your meal and green tea after your meal. Workout - walk for about half n hour in morning or Yoga whatever you like , I usually prefer brisk walking in morning as well as evening.

Mene 3 month k liye intimating fast kiya tha my food window was 9-5 and 12glass warm water daily intake and i loose 15 kg in 3 month. 2 green tea.

There's a suggestion , you can do a little bit of workout too just for 10-15 mins during in the evening as you have your meals at that time... It will be totally effective.. if there's will there's a way .. you can do this Divya.. just do a little bit of workout and then you'll feel so fresh and active.. and you'll not even have any thoughts of doing any cheat meals too if you'll be working out. Cause once you start anything new you should always hardwork like a professional. Sorry jyada boldi toh Pur I really love staying fit and I have lost around 16 kgs when I was 14 I was of 65kgs then I have transformed myself and I reduced to 49 kgs. And still I am working out.😋 Just sharing my part of story 😋 well all the very best Divyaaaaaaaa🥳🥳 can't wait for your transformation 😘✨

I was intermittent fasting from 2019sept till 2020 aug, and lost 8 to 10 kgs, but I gained it back(around 5kgs) since I underwent surgery and couldn't continue intermittent fasting for around 6 months, now I have started again, and I used to fast for 20 hours and eat for 4 hours on weekends(I know its very hard to follow this and I don't suggest anyone to follow 20:04, but i was able to do this on weekends, and 20:04 is really really effective)
