When did India become a religious country?
@m.krishnanunni
@m.krishnanunni 3 жыл бұрын
@Arjun Chauhan where did it said, I can't see in any Indian text. Hindu is not a religion, the word is came from Britisher to describe our culture(as in history), and vedas didn't mention any religion like hindu they told real knowledge not belief(Hinduism is actually a way of life not a type of belief). India is not a religion country for people to believe but it was a seeking country were so Many people came to know pure knowledge in there. If God is their there is no need to make a religion or any belief to get the pureness of almighty but you have to be pure in heart and soul.

Happy Diwali 🪔!! I went on a overnight cruise in Vietnam 🇻🇳 last year and I met a group of Indian travellers. We danced and sung all night; to a mixture of Aussie electronica, and traditional Indian music 😁😂. Today my friend sent me a message: “Happy Diwali”, which brings me here 😄

@@thomasninan4813 i have a different reason to not like firecrackers. They cause pollution and harm nature. We can spend thousands on firecrackers but can't plant some saplings hardly costing anything . So ive decided to plant saplings in forest at every occasion.i know saplings i plant are not enough but it makes me happy.

When lord Ram returned home with his wife Sita and Laxman after 14 years of exile ( why and how, a long story), people welcomed him back by lighting diyas with ghee ( say lights). People celebrate the day as diwali by decorating their homes, puja, lights.

The word Hindustan is actually a name given to India by ancient Middle-Easterners ( read Assyrians , Persians). It refers to the Land in and around river Sindhu (or Hindu in ancient persian - read Zend Avasta). It is not a reference to the Hindus or Hinduism. Hinduism is a term coined during the British Raj (not necessarily by the British). It has nothing to do with Ancient India.
@karmeeleon

The video is very Heart-touching however it missed the essence of Diwali, which is originally called Deepavali - Row of clay lamps, and lightning those Deep aka Diya 🪔🪔🪔 in multitudes for 3-5 days in front of all homes , business and institutions is what sets up the real mood of Diwali and symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, clarity over ignorance and eternity over morality !! Happy Diwali to All 🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔✨🪔
