Whoever planned this for him deserves every bit of appreciation, as a brijwasi i can say he didn't missed a single celebration except the local ones and explained beautifully what holi is all about. But he should have tried some more dishes in here. But overall i felt its a great presentation from the team. Jai Bharat..🙌🏻

You can feel the entire planet in one nation. INDIA !!! I remember I was not feeling good on the day of HOLI. The moment my mother put rang on my forehead and cheeks, I felt jubiliant and playfool. Went out and played. It is one of the best feeling to be born as an Indian.

Hinduism or Sanatan if you say did not even spared GOD. Whenever it took an avatar, we enquired and enquired about life and death. Even in battlefield. FIrst and only nation with Guru Pradhan desh. It is an amazing concept even if you look at it with Sociological and Theological perspective.

Damn! Even most of Indians aren't aware of such intricacies. That's the Beauty of Bharat, the same festival at certain locations really turn into a Megafestival! For example, Ganesh Puja in Maharastra, Durga Puja in West Bengal, Chhath in Bihar, Rath Yatra in Odisha etc.

English sub-titles will be helpful. The milk vendor is saying it is Krishna's town so milk and curd hold great value ( Krishna was raised by cow herders). The vendor also said his father, grand father did this special job and he is continuing the tradition.

India is the only country where the culture is so vibrant and buzzing with life. Also its the only country where feminine is revered and held holy. The west society in medieval ages killed the feminine worship and women with some Divine power were burnt alive by calling them witches and thats why the term Witch Hunt came into existence. OMG! Absolutely mesmerising series, but you have barely scratched the surface. There are so many more festivals in India that you can cover. Diwali!! You missed a big one, we need an episode on Diwali. Navratri, Lohri, Ratha Yatra of Puri, Bihu, Pongal, Rakshabandhan, Vaishakhi, Sankranti, Dushehra, and so many more!

Oh god I had never seen this side of holi celebrations before, though im from uttar pradesh, thank you gary for taking me through a tour of this divine journey. Jai shri krishna. Vishnu bhagwan ki jai 🙏🙏🙏. Only thing that u missed is some sweets like Ghujhiya which is a delicacy of uttar pradesh and it made especially in holi in every home.

Such rich tradition and culture can only be found in India it’s uniqueness is unmatched anywhere , all this was attacked over centuries by invaders they failed for either they themselves converted or adapted this tradition or the way of life…….
