Diwali Series 03: Sweet Rice, Rice pudding or Kheer....

Sweet Rice, Rice pudding or Kheer, tasty Guyanese desert served at most Hindu pooja or weddings. Folks like it with puri, dhal puri or bara. Bara and dhal puri gives the sweet and salty umami.
Ingredients:
3 Cups White Rice
6 Cans Evaporated Milk
3 Cans Sweeten Condense Milk
2 Stick Cinnamon
6 Cardamoms
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
½ Grated Nutmeg
3 Tbsp. Almond Powder
