Going down the stairs when you are fresh and back UP the stairs when you are tired, seems counterintuitive, but it's gotta be done to see God's greatest creations! I watched IYO's version and got the impression that they walked UP going in and down going out. 8 floors above the parking lot. I love caverns. They are mesmerizing, peaceful, beautiful.

There were ups and downs both ways.. the majority of ups were on the way back though.

We have been to Dixie Caverns many of times. It is a great, reasonable price park to stay. The caverns are pretty cool even though there are a ton of steps. Hopefully soon we can all get some video at our meetup at Endless Caverns in June.

That's some great footage of the caverns. 400 step?!!!! We stopped there a couple years ago, but didn't stay in the campground (we weren't impressed either), and the caverns where closed for the day. We ended up staying overnight at the Walmart in Salem, which wasn't bad at all. Thanks for showing me what we missed out on. Those where some fine shots. We will probably skip that stop again next time (400 step?!!!) Lol. Hey, thanks so much for sharing your adventure. Stay safe.

Another Great Adventure video. Excellent job with the filming and presentation. Really enjoyed this location. Norma and I enjoyed going through Natural Bridge in Glasgow last year on our way to Canada. We enjoyed the scenery but they too had LOTS of steps to go down and back. If you get a chance you should check that out too. We stayed at the KOA which was also near a nice Pink Cadillac Restaurant. Thanks for sharing. RVacationer

You are right about the campground I have seen and been to better places. We were tent camping there a few years ago and it was awful with the constant traffic from interstate 81 and route 11. A friend and I were just talking about the caverns and I decided to KZbin it. I did like and subscribe.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Washington DC for vacation in 2018. It was a really nice campground. We did not get the chance to tour the caverns.
