Audio signal path for this stream: MicParts SDC-84, hypercardioid capsule, mounted at my right elbow on the camera tripod via a Latch Lake Xtra-boom mount. The preamp was probably an SSL2.

Thanks Matt for this vid build. First time on a circuit board for me so this was VERY helpful regarding technique and procedure. The manual is excellent, but walking through this with you made the procedure much more reassuring. End result turned out fantastic and this mic was more that worth the investment! 17:02, you could jerry rig some foam on the vice/clamp to hold the parts down. Make a removable little resting pad for the parts and the PCB. Also, I'm loving these build videos!
