I have this powerbank. how to calibrate the percentage? the battery % is dropping very quickly from 100% to 1% in 20 minutes. when it reaches 1% it will be steady for a long time 10-12hrs straight usage before it reaches 0% pls help how to calibrate

I think it's factory fault cannot be repaired

it says on the sellers website, you are supposed to fully charge and drain it a few times it will calibrate the percentage

I have one like that, and it doesn't last long due to the heat generated by the circuit board getting too hot if used for too long with fast charging on

That causes the battery to overheat and damage it, I have replaced it many times but the result is the same

I guess it's either overheating or a battery that doesn't have a BMS, sometimes when the percentage is below 50% the power bank suddenly turns off and shows 0%, I don't know what the problem is

It's been more than a month since I bought the same power bank circuit case. But I can't get good quality 18650 model lithium battery in my local market so I can't even make power bank.

You can get them from online Shops, Samsung cells "recommended"

use old laptop battery and you can get best quality cell from it. in a 4 or 6 cell battery you will get 2 to 3 cell fully good. you can get old laptop battery for free or few bucks from repair shop

I ordered that from China. The problem is seller did not give me the right side outer shell. the one with lightning port , type c and USB hole. There is no way to give it back. is there any way to make the shell? without it i can not complete the power bank
