My pleasure, I hope the video was useful. It works much longer on lithium batteries than on ordinary lead batteries. In my case, it is 24V, but also the 12V option can be boosted with amps so that the battery lasts longer.

It is very difficult to explain something that cannot be seen live. But considering what you wrote, I would have a few tips to say what could be the cause of this problem. First one statement: UPS cannot work without batteries or cannot work with very bad batteries. Sure, you have a battery but I doubt this second part of the sentence. 1. In order for lithium batteries to work without problems, they must first be tested. You may have noticed that I have paper stuck to each battery with certain values ​​printed on it. The most important of these values ​​is mAh. Testing checks their condition. Over time, they lose their strength and capacity. So you can't group them by manufacturer's model or battery color, because they haven't been used up evenly. Not all batteries are the same power, some charge or discharge quickly and some slower. So you can't combine such batteries. Eg If you have a 2500mAh battery, you can't combine it with a battery of e.g. 1000mAh. There is a big difference. In this case, even the BMS cannot balance the charge or discharge. So charging the battery a bit which ultimately signals that the battery is bad. My working principle is not to make a difference of more than 400mAh and only if I use more batteries in parallel mode. If I use one or two batteries in parallel, then I don’t make a bigger difference than 200mAh. I must emphasize that I have a lot of batteries, so I can choose batteries that are almost the same capacity. So it might be a little easier for me to do something like this. 2. Another thing that might be a problem: The wires used for charging and discharging are thin (wire + and wire -). Stronger currents cannot pass through thin wires. They do not pass enough electricity, they do it slowly and the wires heat up a lot in that case. Both of these cases "send" a signal to the UPS that the batteries are bad or non-existent (now we return to the statement I mentioned in the text above). That's why UPS reacts by shutting down and staying in some "safe" mode. When you disconnect the wires on the battery, this mode is reset. @@fastfixks Thank you my dear friend all these things have been taken care of in detail and by expert people in this field but at the beginning when I completed the battery I managed to test the duration of unloading and I put it in discharge until it ended I think that is the cause of the problem but I recharge it again and the voltage returned to its previous time which is 27 volts anyway thank you my dear friend for these fruitful advices and I will try to find a solution to this issue

I have the same problem, it cause by the BMS shut off after the battery voltage dropped below the BMS shut off voltage, I have to disconnect the wires to the UPS. Maybe I will have to connect a switch instead.
