If you're a beginner to making deco cases, I would recommend this clear jelly whip! However, I did notice this does tend to settle and glob together, so if you aren't putting a ton of cabochons on then I would go for a thicker whip, though it may be harder to pipe. I tend to make mistakes with my piping and the clear whip really helps to hide imperfections. I'm still learning how to make my piping look crisp and even, so if you're a beginner and have a hard time with piping don't worry! My decoden cases look better and better every time I make a new one.
For those of you wondering if my phone is heavy and/or bulky with this case on, yes, of course it is slightly heavier and a whole lot thicker. However, if you're like me and carry a handbag around, it's not an inconvenience to have a super fancy phone case like this. I don't use my decoden cases as everyday cases though. If I'm having a fun night out, I might switch from my everyday protective case to a deco one. My deco cases definitely spark conversation ;)
