I was wondering where you are in ohio? There’s a place called piedmont plastics and you can give them exact dimensions and they’ll cut it all for you also!

The wood is gonna bend and or swell and your tubs are gonna get stuck or become very difficult to pull in and out. PVC is worth the extra money in the long haul.

I think you maybe didn't watch the entire video. It had nothing to do with money. Like i explained nobody in my area is able to cut pvc due to it clogging the saw. However after doing MY OWN research this was the next best thing. I'm pretty confident in my choice as well as this being a temporary resolution.
