お気入りのベスト５の中で未使用品の炊飯器は使わずにオークション掛けたほうが遥かにお得かと思います。 それから未使用品とはいえ部品耐用年数は大幅に超えており、火事になる可能性もありますので、どちらかといえば最初にもお伝えしたように売った金額で新しい炊飯器を購入したほうが得策かと思います。 また、DIYは色々と金がかかります、道具代、材料費、電気工事（依頼）代（主さんが資格があれば不要）などなどの足しになればと思います。 アドバイス（まだ先を見てないので途中判断になりますが）ですが金物（鉄など）関連は自分で業者さんのところまで持って行って買い取ってもらうと良いですよ。 以上、僭越ながら自分も古民家（現在解体進行中）をＤＩＹを行ってる者なので厚かましいとは思いますがちょっとだけアドバイスさせていただきました。
