DIY A Sub $10 USPS target stand

Thanks ‪@ClangandBang‬ for the original video on how to make this target stand. I ended up using slightly different tools.
Items used to make each stand:
(2) 2"x4"x8' studs
(24) 2 1/2" exterior wood screws
(3) Vice grips
Skill saw
Power drill
Speed square
Tape measure
Sand paper
Carpentry Pencil
